Synopsis

RECYCLED LIVES is an ingenious, fast-moving thriller set in two overlapping time zones: War-torn Germany and the present day.

Allan’s life is turned upside down when a hypnotic experiment goes badly wrong. Forced to seek the answers to some mystifying questions after the death of his flatmate, he finds himself flung headlong on a quest to solve many intriguing puzzles.

Olga is not the innocent young reporter she first appears to be. Caught between ruthless blackmailers and love, she eventually outwits her pursuers to lead Allan to Crete, where together they battle against time to discover a hidden secret.

Adolf Hitler’s right-hand man, Martin Bormann, struggles to keep up with the shocking events that are unfolding within the magnificent splendour of a 16th-century chateau in Germany. Fighting to regain control of his senses, Bormann has no idea that, by some strange anomaly, his thoughts are becoming linked to those of Allan, his descendent.

Hitler and his inner circle plot to ensure that untold wealth is hidden in the deep waters close to the Falkland Islands; treasure ready to be collected at a time when the master race will emerge to take control of the world’s finances without a shot being fired.

Hideous experiments by the enigmatic Dr Muller, on disposable human subjects, appear to have assured a way for the Nazi hierarchy to escape into the future.

RECYCLED LIVES is a novel about love, trust and betrayal. Set in two overlapping time zones, it brings together both notorious historical as well as modern-day fictionalized characters in a plot spanning the last seventy years.
